Thomas Conway, MS

Thomas grew up as an active child always filled with curiosity and a desire to understand.  Thomas has always been a compassionate individual with a desire to help people.  He was lead to health and fitness because he saw a need that many people had and that was to become healthier.  Throughout his experience he discovered that most often the limiting factor was the state of mind of the individual.  Thomas believes that the most growth can come out of peoples experiences and by surrounding yourself with people that want to make you better.

As Thomas continues to go through his career he is constantly seeking out new challenges and trying to learn new things.  Thomas believes that a continuous state of improvement is a model that will lead to the most self growth and will in turn lead to the betterment of all the individuals he encounters and works with.

Dave Ray, MS

Dave was a college athlete that was drawn to strength and conditioning in order to help others avoid the same mistakes he made as a younger athlete. The son of a former high school coach, he believes that great coaching can have a lasting impact on people of all ages. Always a team sport athlete, Dave believes that the people you surround yourself with will have a direct impact on every aspect of your life. But you must choose wisely. Surround yourself with people that make you want to be better. Creating or immersing yourself in the right culture can not only change your fitness levels, but will impact your life in many different ways.

Dave believes that at some point you must face your fears if you ever want lasting change in your life. Finding your demons, whether they be physical or mental, and then slaying them will be the only way you truly experience a life change. Once you accomplish something you previously believed impossible, you will begin to wonder what else you are capable of accomplishing.

Always on a quest for knowledge, while also maintaining his belief in a combination of hard work and constantly working the basics, Dave is always reading or seeking out the thoughts of those he believes have something to offer. At the end of the day, we are all standing on the shoulders of giants.
