Custom Coaching

The custom programming that The Syndicate provides is tailored to your needs in every way.  Our remote training is ideal for professionals and busy parents that need the ability to be flexible with their training.  The workouts can be programmed with as much or as little equipment as you want.  With your package you will get the following:

  • Workouts for as many days per week you would like that are tailored to you
  • Nutriton coaching
  • Access to a training app that makes tracking seamless
  • Bi-weekly 15 minute phone call
  • Two 30 minute video movement sessions per month
  • Individualized attention

We limit the amount of remote clients that we will take on at one time to assure that you receive the attention that you deserve.  You receive a high quality program for a fraction of the cost of personal training.
